What's the opportunity?


As a Program Coordinator, you will work closely with our Strategic Partnerships Manager, Ecosystem and assist with the onboarding and implementation of products and partnerships.

You will also be responsible for coordinating various projects and monitoring their progress to help drive their successful delivery. Strong organisation and communication skills are key.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with crossfunctional internal business units and stakeholders
  • Communication with external stakeholders such as prospective partner organisations (healthtech companies, government agencies, healthcare providers, etc)
  • Communication with software end users (i.e. practice managers, medical practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, allied health, specialists)
  • Ensuring proper processes, policies and procedures are followed
  • Keeping updated records and documentation trails
  • Preparing reports and presentations

About you:

  • Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
  • Experience working in healthcare
  • Experience implementing programs of work (implementing digital solutions would be a bonus) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, in particular with Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Excellent timemanagement, prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailoriented
