About the role

Mon Wed and Thu with potential for more hours during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer care
  • Retail customer service and sale of frames and lenses
  • Maintaining presentation of store and stock
  • Answering phone calls and booking appointments

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A team player with good work ethics
  • Well presented with a demonstrated energy to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Previous retail and customer service experience is a bonus but not essential as training will be provided
