About The Role

The Manager:

Employee Relations leads a service focused team in delivering a proactive and constructive employee relations function through the provision of expert advice and support to the University community.


Working with key stakeholders across the organisation, the Manager: Employee Relations will provide strategic leadership and ensure that UniSA operates as a model employer.

They will have a focus on service excellence that will enable a positive and productive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.


The Manager:

Employee Relations will support major change projects, will represent the University in meetings and negotiations with unions, the Fair Work Commission, other employment related tribunals and legal proceedings as required.

This position reports to

Deputy Director:
Advisory Services.
