What role will you play?


Bringing your exceptional people skills, and passion for organisation and accountability, you will support two Division Directors with day-to-day administration tasks.

This is a busy, fast paced environment where you will work on a broad range of operational and administrative requirements.


You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and responsibilities whilst collaborating with other executives and assistants across the team.


What you offer

  • 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple diaries, arranging travel and organising meetings
  • Flexible, cando attitude and the ability to manage your workflow autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Good communication skills and exceptional people skills
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
