What role will you play?


Supporting the ANZ team, you will work collaboratively with a group of experienced executive assistants to provide a broad range of administration support.

You will be responsible for the maintenance of internal intranet pages, reconciling and invoicing, onboarding for new starters and managing staff transfers, booking travel and supporting with general administrative tasks and adhoc requests.

As you develop in the role there will be future opportunities for diary management.

What you offer

  • Previous diary management, travel and expense management experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
