Intro Recruitment Professional Solutions is partnering with one of Australia's leading telecommunication integrators who design, install and commission communications infrastructure and equipment for complete brownfield and greenfield projects for the industrial, construction, government, transport, and security industries Australia-wide.


As a Finance / Administration Officer, you will be supporting the daily finance activities of the business, as well as prepare, review and submit the required documents within a well-mannered of time.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Account Receivable duties
  • Review and processed purchase orders, as well as updating them if needed
  • Review and processed customer invoices as required
  • Balancing creditor accounts to their statements
  • Any debt collection duties if required
  • Perform end of month reports
  • Liaise with various stakeholders regarding any accounts queries if needed
  • Entry of BAS via ATO portal
  • Other general administrative tasks, including office management tasks and receive calls if needed

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Finance Officer
  • Previous experience with various accounting software is preferred
  • Advanced skills in
    Microsoft Office Suite:
  • Strong communication skills and organisation
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
  • Understanding of WHS requirements and Quality assurance
  • Flexibility to meet changing project demands and requirements
