Do you love being the face and voice of a business but equally enjoy performing a variety of administrative tasks to keep your day interesting?
This is a business who pride themselves on their great close-knit team where you will enjoy stunning offices with the most amazing views and plenty of natural light.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Build a strong rapport with clients
- answer all incoming calls and provide high level customer service
- Meet and greet visitors
- Look after meeting rooms and ensure Reception area immaculate
- Perform various administrative tasks supporting a genuine down to earth but professional team
- Utilise MSOffice and various inhouse systems
- Order stationary and office supplies
- Facilities management
- Mail and couriers
- Kitchen tidy
- Great telephone manner and communication skills
- Want stability and love Reception but equally enjoy administration
- Intermediate skills in MSOffice
- Team player attitude
- Proven experience in a busy office environment preferred (also open to 5 star hotel/hospitality or similar experience)
- This is an office based role so happy to work in an office 5 days per week
