Your opportunity

In your new role you will be responsible for activities including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Accelerate and support the implementation of the firms Disability Inclusion and Action Plan (DIAP).
  • Consult and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Executive Partner Sponsor for Disability Inclusion and the Embrace steering committee on key disability programs of work into the business and DIAP progress updates.
  • Develop strong relationships with external accreditation bodies, including the Australian Network of Disability
  • Support local or divisionally aligned Inclusion, Diversity and equity (IDE) councils regarding disability initiatives or ideas and elevate these national (where appropriate)
  • Contribute to projects across the IDE & Wellbeing team
  • Collaborate across the People and Inclusion (P&I)

  • A demonstrated specialisation in IDE as it relates to disability and family friendly workforce and a broad and strategic view of inclusion.
  • Experience developing IDE initiatives and evaluating and measuring impact
  • The ability to provide pragmatic and highquality advice, practices and solutions to promote an inclusive culture
  • Independant and complex problem solving using inclusion concepts, as they relate to individual circumstances, organisational development or programs of work
  • The ability to use data and insights to help inform actions
  • A growth mindset to challenge the status quo, and drive higher performance across the firm
  • Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to working in a fastpaced environment
