We are seeking a Fees and Scholarships Officer to provide high-level customer service to staff and students at the University.


Under general direction from the coordinator, this role is responsible for the efficient delivery of all aspects of student fees and scholarships.

You will keep up to date with developments in compliance responsibilities as they relate to student fees and scholarships and contributes to data quality, government reporting requirements, processing, communication, process improvements and policy development.


As a member of the Enrolments Services Centre of Excellence in Student Administration and Library Services (SALS), this role works closely with SALS staff to ensure that student enrolment administration needs are met and that students have a positive and hassle-free enrolment experience.


About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Experience in a tertiary administrative environment, student fee administration and relevant legislative requirements
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail ensuring high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated delivery of outstanding customer service within a demanding, customer focused environment

Qualifications
Completion of a degree without subsequent work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
