Lead the Way in Neuro Rehab: Clinical Lead Opportunity (Streatham - Up to £50k)

On behalf of a prestigious private rehabilitation centre in Streatham, we're seeking a visionary Neuro Rehab Clinical Lead to take their team to the next level

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction for the neurorehabilitation department.
  • Overseeing the clinical performance of the team and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Championing innovative and evidence-based rehabilitation approaches.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for service improvement.
  • Fostering a positive and supportive work environment for your team.
  • Contributing to the development and training of staff.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, including consultants and commissioners.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Is a registered nurse (NMC) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior neurorehabilitation role.
  • Possesses strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a proven track record of service improvement and innovation.
  • Demonstrates a passion for neurorehabilitation and a commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Is an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
