As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you are NOT just one piece of someone's recovery; you are an independent expert guiding their return to work, giving them every possible chance of making a full recovery. Responsibilities include:
  • Empowering individuals in their recovery at work and return to health.
  • Conducting assessments to guide individuals rehabilitation.
  • Collaborating with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology & registration with AHPRA - Completed 5 years of study (honours degree) is a minimum requirement
  • Direct experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation or in a clinical environment.
  • A commitment to being the best; we provide phenomenal onboarding & tools to excel.
  • A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation journey's.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative thinking and a fun, energetic personality.
