The Successful Applicant:


Experience in a Senior Project or Program Management role, ideally with a focus on either Regional, Industry or Community Development.

In addition, the successful applicant is required to be:

  • Adept at identification of priority issues, project planning, investment decisions, funding agreements and project monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
  • Able to promote an organisation's strategic objectives and establish partnerships through effective stakeholder engagement and networking with a track record of achievement in this area.
  • A persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills and demonstrated experience in media relations and events.
  • Skilled at report writing, position paper development and publication/presentation of results.
  • An effective team player with excellent interpersonal, time management, people management and organisational skills.
A deep understanding of rural and regional communities and Australian agricultural industries will be highly desirable.
