This is a key leadership role where you will take responsibility for our Key Account Management Team in Victoria.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will ultimately lead to growth and market penetration for the Tradelink brand.

This will require you to develop strong relationships with your team and motivate them to achieve their individual sales budgets.

As a State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, managing and mentoring your team to achieve sales budgets
  • Utilising industry data to develop an effective strategy which identifies key customer segments and then implement those growth strategies to maximising channel growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with important industry stakeholders and key Peak Industry bodies.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with key internal stakeholders across the various Tradelink divisions.

We are looking for an experience sales leader who has evidence of developing and implementing effective and profitable sales strategies preferably in a construction environment.

Your history of leading cross functional teams will be invaluable and your ability to develop relationships and influence key internal stakeholders will allow you to help your team meet their customers needs.

In addition to your experience will include;

  • Experience leading a sales team in a construction environment
  • A strong indepth knowledge of sales cycles and strategies and an ability to review and understand sales data and make decisions based on that data.
  • A history of managing cross functional sales teams
  • An understanding of leading and meeting occupational health & safety requirements and building a safetyfirst culture.
