We have a great opportunity for an experienced

State Sales Support Manager to join our team. Working alongside our Sales and Civil Team you will lead the state-based sales support resources (Estimating and Project Co-ordinating teams) to be a proactive and value adding support function.

The role

Proactive Support Function_** - Manage the team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our support services.

_ Efficient Workflow Management _
  • Ensure efficient and accurate outcomes across all facets of estimating and project coordinating. Streamline processes and adhere to process to optimise workflow.

_ Communication & Stakeholder Management_
  • Drive a high level of collaboration and accountability with the Sales and Account Managers, setting clear expectations and targets. Foster effective communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration.

_ Customer Service Excellence_
  • Champion a customer centric approach and ensure that all interactions with customers are handled promptly and in line with our vales.

About you

Leadership Excellence _**- Proven experience in leading and managing support teams, encouraging a proactive and customer focused approach.

_ Process Optimisation _
  • Strong background in driving efficiency and accuracy across estimating and project coordinating processes.
-
_ Technology Proficiency _
  • Proficient in using Excel and/or other tools to manage workflows. JDE experience is highly desirable but not essential.
-
_ Communication Skills_
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all walks of life.

_ Adaptability_

  • This can be a dynamic and high pressure role where the ability to adapt quickly and be composed is essential.

_ Industry Knowledge_
  • Familiarity with plumbing, residential and commercial builders/industry is preferred but not essential.
The team you will manage consists of both onshore (Melbourne) and offshore (Vietnam) talent and

_this role requires the flexibility to work at both our Melbourne locations of Dandenong & Port Melbourne._
