We are currently looking for a temporary Collections / Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start.The working hours would be Monday to Friday on a full time basis from8:30am-17:00pm2 month assignment Key Responsibilities Establish outbound collection correspondence via phone and email.
Process payments via credit card.Update cash collection forecasts and update team leader on accounts.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Document and initiate investigation of client invoicing queries.
Recommend alternative collection courses of action where required and escalate delinquent accounts as appropriate.
Resend documentation to facilitate payment.
Support the team with other ad hoc tasks as required.
Bank receipting The Ideal Candidate Previous experience with invoice collection and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across many accounts in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Proficient user of common computer programs including the Microsoft Office and Finance Software.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
