About the Role

Sonic HealthPlus is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Officer - Collections Specialist to join our Finance Department in Perth, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, executing efficient accounts administration duties, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer account queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform data entry, receipting, and reversal of invoices
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients through superior customer service skills
  • Manage computerized accounts and perform general accounts administration tasks
  • Set up new accounts and maintain credit control
  • Collect outstanding payments and resolve any related issues
Requirements
  • Experience in Credit Control/Collections with a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer demands
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
