As an Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HSE policies, procedures and programs are being implemented effectively across all projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and programs
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop plans to prevent future occurrences
  • Provide advice and guidance to project teams on all HSE matters
  • Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks for all project personnel
  • Maintain and update records of all HSE incidents, accidents, and near misses
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans
  • Review and approve subcontractor HSE plans and procedures
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities on HSE matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HSE Advisor in the construction industry
  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
  • Indepth knowledge of HSE regulations, codes and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
