About the RoleReporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for embedding an overarching marketing strategy to deliver against the business' core objectives of driving enquiry and brand awareness.

You will build out a systemised and scalable approach to marketing, leading a team of 25+ to deliver strategic programs of work which keeps the customer front and center.

Engaging with a wide range of audience, this role will focus on activity such as targeted acquisition, customer experience, brand reviews and campaign delivery.

You will be the captain of all communication touchpoints with their customers to ensure that every interaction builds brand, disrupts the market and connects in a real way.

You are a true storyteller at heart and develop communications to allow the audience be engaged, enticed and nurtured towards a sale.


About YouYou are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketing leader with 10+ years experience in senior leadership roles (ideally having reported to the CEO of a mid-large sized business).

Although open to your industry background, experience within services, tourism, property or luxury businesses would be highly advantageous (due to the proximity to the end customer).

With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes.

You have experience leading digital transformations, are seen as a subject matter expert on digital trends, and have a deep track record of leading digital strategies to drive growth.

You have a track record in blending data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver memorable customer experiences, always with an ROI front of mind.

You are curious, highly self-motivated and customer centric.

You have strong stakeholder management skills – you are as at ease presenting to senior executives or the Board, as you are with engaging with an external agency, or managing a high potential team to deliver.

With a healthy appetite for risk, a resourceful nature and entrepreneurial style; this role will let you flourish.
