Description and Requirements:

  • One Channel (IDG+ISG+SSG) Client Relationship Representative are sales professionals responsible for selling Lenovo offerings (hardware, software, services, and solutions). They are responsible for building partner relations and working closely with our Channel Partners. Client Relationship Representative will serve as the central point of contact for the partner across opportunities, closing deals and managing customer relationships and escalations. They may work independently, as a member of a team, or the leader of a small team.

Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Relationship Representative: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, acting as their main point of contact within the organization. Collaborate closely with partners to understand their business goals, provide necessary support and resources, and drive mutual growth.


Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. Identify opportunities within the partner network, create and manage sales pipelines, and effectively negotiate and close deals. Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness.

  • Product and

Market Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, solutions, and services, as well as the competitive landscape.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's offerings and identify new business opportunities.


  • Partner Enablement and Training: Work closely with channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell and support the company's products. Conduct training sessions, deliver product presentations, and provide ongoing guidance to partners on sales techniques, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.


Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales revenues and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and partner performance. Maintain comprehensive records of partner interactions, deal progress, and customer information in CRM systems to enable effective tracking and analysis.

  • Collaborative Crossfunctional Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to align strategies, drive initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Provide feedback and insights from partners to relevant internal stakeholders to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and overall business strategy.
  • Channel Development and Expansion: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. Evaluate potential partners, negotiate agreements, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Monitor partner performance and conduct periodic business reviews to drive continuous improvement and optimize partner engagement.


Sales Support and

Collateral Development:

Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to develop sales tools, presentations, and collateral that align with partner needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings.

Provide sales support to partners, including pricing, contract negotiations, and proposal development.

  • Industry Networking and

Market Intelligence:

Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks, stay informed about market trends, and identify potential business opportunities.

Share market intelligence and competitive insights with internal stakeholders.
