MARKETING MANAGER
**PART-TIME, PERMANENT
Cranbrook School is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our Marketing &
Communications team, based at the Senior School campus in Bellevue Hill.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Manager is
responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan for
Cranbrook School.

Duties includes planning and delivering a range of marketing strategies and integrated
marketing activities, conducting research, strategic brand development, reporting,
measuring and analysis of marketing activities, driving and delivering strategic marketing
projects, budgeting and forecasting, resource allocation and providing expert marketing
advice.

This is a part-time role working three days per week.

ABOUT YOU
You are a knowledgeable and experienced senior marketing professional with experience
across a broad range of strategic marketing activities.

You are professional and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. With a demonstrated
customer service-based approach in all interactions, you engage and collaborate to deliver
exceptional support and service to all stakeholders in a co-operative and collegiate manner.
You are an excellent communicator, creative, and able to work well with staff, parents and
other stakeholders. You are committed to continual professional development and
reflection and have a genuine interest in the growth of young people.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior
marketing role

  • Proven leadership in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of
strategic marketing plans

  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation, presentation and liaising with internal and
external stakeholders at a senior level

  • Ability to collect and use data to inform marketing plans
  • Understanding of and experience in delivering strategic brand development
  • Experience interpreting marketing analytics, conducting campaign measurement and
producing reports

  • Proven experience planning and delivering marketing projects
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • A demonstrated understanding of child safety and appropriate behaviours when
engaging with children.
Previous experience working in an independent school would be advantageous.
