We are looking for a details-focused and highly organised Jewellery Wholesale Sales Manager to join the Bianc & Zahar team.

We are after a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is able multitask, and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.


Reporting into the Director, our Jewellery Wholesale Sales Manager role will be responsible for the operations of the brands, including account management, sales, inventory management, customer relationships, and website functionality.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ownership across the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Managing the wholesale and retail orders of our two jewellery brands, including sales.
  • Supervising the Operations Assistant.
  • Ensuring the efficient handling of orders and inventory management (wholesale and online).
  • Building longterm customer relationships and trust.
  • Maintenance of data integrity of all sales, customer information and product inventory.
  • Coordination and communication with sales agents, couriers and manufactures.
  • Reviewing and contributing when necessary, on marketing and social media material (including EDMs and photoshoots).
  • Manage ecommerce platforms (e.g., the Iconic) for promotions, product levels and data.
  • Conduct end of month and sales reporting.
  • Occasional travel to exhibit at trade fairs and to engage with customers.
  • Collaborate with Director and Content Creator on product development and strategy.

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • You have a positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality, essential to ensure our high level of customer service.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • You are motivated, take pride in your work and are results driven.
  • You are an excellent, responsive and personable communicator, both verbal and written.
  • You have great attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
  • You are a proficient administrator with strong computer skills.
  • You are able to work independently, be highly organised, efficient, have good prioritisation skills and excellent time management.
  • You are a team player, willing to assist on any task.
  • You have full Australian working rights.
