As we continue to expand, our Service and Warranty department is also growing. Therefore, we are seeking an experienced Service and Warranty Administrator to join our team and help fulfill our customers' dreams.

ROLE:

  • Manage a portfolio of jobs efficiently.
  • Provide timely updates to customers.
  • Schedule trades and services to address any issues.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and trades.
  • Support Service and Warranty Supervisors and Technicians.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES

  • Familiarity with VBA guidelines and construction processes.
  • Diverse skill set.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • CERT IV in building and construction is advantageous.
