Purpose of the Role:

Join forces with the Head of Marketing & Communications to craft and execute strategic plans that resonate with our team and stakeholders. From internal communications to community programs, take charge of initiatives that embody our values and reinforce our corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications ANZ: Develop and implement strategic internal communication plans that align with company values and objectives, fostering collaboration with key partners for cohesive messaging.
  • Values Award Program (VAP): Spearhead the annual Values Award Programs, ensuring alignment with company culture and philosophy. Drive innovation to boost employee engagement and recognition.
  • Annual Reporting: Oversee the compilation of CSR and annual reporting data, guaranteeing accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Support CEO for Annual General Meeting.
  • Reconciliation Action Plan: Aid in developing and implementing Sanitarium's Reconciliation Action Plan, liaising with RAP working groups.
  • Media, Issues & Crisis Management: Handle media inquiries and crisis communication, safeguarding Sanitarium's reputation. Coordinate media training and manage online interactions.
  • Community Care Management: Devise strategies and budgets for community care initiatives, ensuring meaningful impact and alignment with company values.
  • Budget and Report Management: Prepare annual budgets and reports, ensuring responsible spending aligned with approved budgets.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in developing internal communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented, capable of translating concepts into effective communication materials.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, adept at working across departments and building relationships.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in strategic communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven strategic and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in CSR communication and brand development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
