Who will you be working with? Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager. As a Senior Front End Developer (React) our primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement user interface components for our cloud-based products and services, with a focus on React framework. Your expertise will be crucial to problem-solving, developing and executing objectives, and driving the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals of the organization.

Where is the position located? This is Full time role at our office in Eagle Farm, Qld or Fountaindale, NSW

What will your typical day look like?

  • Collaborate with the development and UX team to create optimal front-end solutions for our products.
  • Review application requirements and interface designs.
  • Design, implement, and test user interface components using React.
  • Write application interface codes using TypeScript following React workflows.
  • Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
  • Monitor and improve front-end performance.
  • Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes.
  • Participate in design and code reviews.
  • Work closely with the Team Lead and Test Team to ensure development meets the required specifications.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a
  • Minimum of 6 years of industry experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with tools such as GIT.
  • Strong expertise in the following areas:
    • Proficiency in React and experience with TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and other front-end
    • languages.
    • Experience with React tools including Webpack, Enzyme, and Redux Toolkit (RTK).
    • Understanding of how to integrate with backend web APIs.
    • Experience in user interface design.
    • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, and/or Cypress.
    • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
