About the role :

This role will Project Manage, develop and deliver our One Commission System project on time, on budget and realising identified benefits as determined and agreed with the LMG Executive Team. You will lead, work in partnership with, and coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technology teams, lenders and external suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of all project milestones and outcomes.

You will have:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills. Extensive experience as a Project Director/ Manager leading transformational programs including high-scale, high volume transaction technology projects A deep understanding of both Technology and Finance Strong process excellence/process redesign expertise with extensive experience simplifying and automating operations processes Sound understanding of operations and support of contemporary cloud based business applications Background in financial services and knowledge of mortgage broking/ operations desirable but not mandatory Sound understanding of change management methodologies

To be successful, you must be delivery focused with the ability to drive business and program outcomes whilst ensuring that you keep all your key stakeholders informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the development and delivery of One Commissions System project including technology design & implementation along with significant business change components Formulate project plans with relevant stakeholders and provide oversight and direction of planning through all project stages, from inception to completion Scope and agree project requirements, deliverables, interdependencies, times, costs & measures of success Plan and manage time, cost and project resources to achieve delivery and effectively manage risk during project execution Manage governance activities including facilitation and coordination of project meetings with the LMG Executive Team and other senior stakeholders Provide experience and support to the projects Executive sponsor by demonstrating a strong understanding of Project Management processes and delivering high quality results Work with members of the organisation to ensure cross-project dependencies are clearly mapped and managed Set priorities and allocate resources to achieve agreed delivery objectives Proactively manage changes in approach and timelines and ensure appropriate measures are developed with relevant stakeholders to reassess, renegotiate, and replan as required Proactively assess and analyse any risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop plans to address or otherwise mitigate them

Project deliverables will include but not be limited to:

Build out detailed project plans Establish project teams Execute project plans The project team will be responsible for the: Overall project planning & documentation Project governance framework Overall change management strategy & communications plan both internally & externally Technology requirements, design & build Design & delivery of training for corporate and network users Migration of any data (including historical data) Ultimate decommissioning of legacy systems

Skills & Experience you'll bring to LMG:

Appropriate tertiary and/or professional qualifications including PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred 5+ years of project director/ management experience with a successful track record as a Project Manager working with managing large technology based transformational programs Experience with large automation projects is an advantage Proven track record delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability in preparing project documentation such as Project Management Plans, Steering Committee & Governance forum packs, project financials etc Ability to work across diverse cultures - ideally with experience managing projects that span multiple countries and cultures Understanding and application of project costing models and cost-to-completion projections Understanding of the financial services industry and how a mortgage broking business operates is an advantage
