You have deep commercial experience in:
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and share knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- 12 years of experience in technical support or consulting.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of the health software packages, with the initial focus on Dox electronic medical records and forms.
- Skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems with both hardware and software
- Ability to setup, install and configuring software.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office and in particular MS Word.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
A day in life
Our Support Consultants are responsible for resolving customer queries and dealing with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Civica Health software.
- Provide guidance and training to customers on how to use the software effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or other teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and procedures.
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be part of a small team that provides a dedicated response to our customers across the aged care and disability sectors.
You understand the importance of record-keeping, so will collate customer and platform environment technical specifications, and maintain up-to-date knowledge, documentation, and configuration databases.
