We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team at JPS Medical Recruitment. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality primary health care services to the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary health care services, including general medical consultations, immunizations, chronic disease management, and emergency care.
- Develop and implement effective health programs and services to promote health and well-being among residents.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct health assessments, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of health conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community members to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary health care or a related field.
- ALS and PALS Certification (in last 12 months)
- Neonatal ALS Certification
- MEC/TNCC/REC Certification
- RAN or RIPRN Certification
- Understanding Immunisation Certificate
