Our Supply Chain Services provide pivotal support to our operations through the global sourcing and procurement of materials & services; positioning Powerlink as a world-class leader in the energy sector.

From our Primary and Secondary Systems through to our Transformers and Reactive Plants, this team links Powerlink to the latest, most sustainable technology, equipment and services that enable our success.


Your Role:


As a key support function to the Secondary Systems Supply Chain team, you'll coordinate the end-to-end process for evaluation, determination, and actioning of returned faulty transmission network equipment.

You'll ensure the accurate capture of data relating to all faulty equipment, coordinating decommissioned recoveries and repairs of related systems and equipment.


Your Skills & Experience:


Your industry experience and skills have equipped you to communicate confidently with design disciplines, operational staff, planning and other service groups within an electrical/transmission environment.

A team-player, you thrive on providing comprehensive support to your customers, ensuring you are focused on providing support within a timely and efficient timeframe.


  • Certificate III in Electronics and Communications; or lesser/similar qualifications in a related discipline coupled with relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Standards for High Voltage Power Transmission Networks particularly secondary systems technologies
  • Advanced computer skills particularly SAP Materials Management module, or similar ERP systems, and MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings, express technical information graphically and produce written technical reports.
