The opportunity


To effectively manage the daily logistics and inventory of Loan Kits being supplied to hosptials across the state and nationally.


  • Organise the picking, packing, checking and dispatch of all Loan Kits in accordance with AS/NZ418
  • Liaise with customers to organise return of Loan Kits.
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels in the loan and consignment warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse stock in good order and condition.
  • Stock and records management.
  • Assist interstate Inventory Coordinators in coordinating movement of Loan Kits Nationally.
  • Conduct cyclic stock takes in relevant loans locations, as required.
  • Other duties, as required.

They will have a patient first approach. Ensuring urgent medical requirements are delivered to hospital in time and in full every time. You will need a detailed focus and inventory management.

Experience required:

  • 2 Years of experience as Loan Kit Coordinator or Inventory Controller
  • Participation in an rotating oncall roster
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn in an ever changing environment
  • Stock Control and Stock Management
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
