The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened up in our office for a Loan Kit Coordinator. If you are searching for the desire to make a difference in the lives of many, by delivering innovative surgical supplies to a vast industry in healthcare, look no further

  • Organise the picking, packing, checking and dispatch of all Loan Kits in accordance with AS/NZ418
  • Liaise with customers to organise return of Loan Kits.
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels in the loan and consignment warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse stock in good order and condition.
  • Stock and records management.
  • Assist interstate Inventory Coordinators in coordinating movement of Loan Kits Nationally.
  • Conduct cyclic stock takes in relevant loans locations, as required.
  • Other duties, as required.

Experience required:

  • At least 2 years dedicated experience in loans (logistics)
  • Proficient in communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Participation in an rotating oncall roster
  • Receiving, processing and dispatch of loan sets and prosthesis
  • Quality inspection of Reusable Medical Devices as per AS/NZ418
  • Participation in cyclic stock counts
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn in an ever changing environment
  • Stock Control and stock management
