Our dynamic
Airfreight Team is on the hunt for an
Airfreight Supervisor to propel our
Eagle Farm team forward.

What you will be responsible for?

  • Ensure efficient operation of the department and that staff are performing to high levels of productivity
  • Supervise the timely retrieval and processing of Air documentation and freight
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and rectify issues identified in compliance reports for all Air cargo
  • Monitor electronic customs reports to ensure they are made on time
  • Oversee the training and performance of the team to ensure we are meeting regulatory requirements

What are we looking for?


We are looking for a Supervisor with freight forwarding experience and the proven ability to lead and motivate a team.


This includes:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to contribute to and monitor productivity and results
  • Tech savvy with MS Programs (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
