As a part of the Reece Group, Trout Creative Thinking is redefining the client-agency model and works with the Reece Group and externally in an innovative outside in model.

As a Video Editor at Trout Creative Thinking you will be an integral part of our creative process, from being involved in creative ideation to editing and motion design. You will create and deliver stories with purpose. Your work brings our customers brands to life across all platforms, from socials to campaigns.

Our studio is built on three core principles: curiosity, care and brilliance.

**What You’ll Be Up To**
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables
- Work with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
- Assist in selecting music, video, colour grading and motion design
- Work with other editors, producers, and videographers on the video team
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create compelling stories

- Previous experience working in a post-production company, with an understanding of the structure, workflow and creative process
- A proven ability to craft a story from raw material
- A solid all-round knowledge of the end to end production process
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent After Effects and Premiere skills
- A good working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Audition
- Figma and Sketch knowledge a bonus
