Suitable for:
CS/IT undergraduates & Homemakers looking for part-time work.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and execute procedures of the Robothink franchise, including centre setup and presentation.
  • Prepare classrooms before lessons to ensure an optimal learning environment.
  • Lead and engage groups of young children (ages 515) during school holiday camps and afterschool classes.
  • Effectively communicate with students, parents, and team members.
  • Explain coding concepts effectively using our simplified coding software and stepbystep curriculum.
  • Deliver a high standard of care and education to all students.
  • Attend paid staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Characteristics and Qualifications:

  • Background in Coding, ideally block coding, Java, or Python (No tertiary qualifications required).
  • Passion for STEM education and handson learning.
  • Ability to connect and communicate effectively with students and parents.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to RoboThink's innovative teaching methods.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Hours of Operation (as a guide):

  • School Holiday Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • After School Classes: Monday
  • Friday 3pm 8pm.

Requirements:

Driving license is an additional benefit.
