This is a terrific opportunity for a new manager or experienced specialist to step up into a leadership role with a successful Australian retail business.
You will contribute to loyalty strategy development and be responsible for its execution, overseeing day-to-day loyalty and CRM campaign activity.
Key areas of focus relate to the customer value proposition, communications & segmentation, rewards program development and database management.Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related field
- 4+ years experience working with loyalty programs
- Demonstrable success in retail marketing environment preferred
- Data driven marketing experience, able to analyse and interpret data, map trends and make recommendations
- Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, including testandlearn methodologies
- Skilled in customer lifecycle management and segmentation
- Experience using Emarsys preferred or similar CRM platform
This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ability to manage conflicting priorities is essential and will be critical to your success in this role.
