This is a terrific opportunity for a new manager or experienced specialist to step up into a leadership role with a successful Australian retail business.

Reporting to an accomplished loyalty professional you will lead a small team championing customer engagement and loyalty.

You will contribute to loyalty strategy development and be responsible for its execution, overseeing day-to-day loyalty and CRM campaign activity.

Key areas of focus relate to the customer value proposition, communications & segmentation, rewards program development and database management.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related field
  • 4+ years experience working with loyalty programs
  • Demonstrable success in retail marketing environment preferred
  • Data driven marketing experience, able to analyse and interpret data, map trends and make recommendations
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, including testandlearn methodologies
  • Skilled in customer lifecycle management and segmentation
  • Experience using Emarsys preferred or similar CRM platform
Naturally you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be adept at engaging with and influencing stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ability to manage conflicting priorities is essential and will be critical to your success in this role.
