About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Loyalty Program Coordinator to join our team at the Country Road Group. As a key member of our Digital team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation, prioritization, and delivery of CRM strategies and end-to-end plans with a focus on member reactivation of lapsed/churned customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Loyalty Program Strategies: Support the creation and execution of best-in-class loyalty program strategies and campaigns to drive direct and measurable impact to member growth and retention.
  • Drive CRM and Loyalty Tactics: Execute end-to-end plans that utilize CRM and loyalty tactics to drive member growth and retention.
  • Contribute to Loyalty Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the development, execution, and analysis of loyalty marketing campaigns, including promotional activity, program benefits, and customer journeys, across all channels.
  • Optimize Loyalty Marketing Campaigns: Drive the testing and optimization of loyalty marketing campaigns to deliver on key performance metrics.
  • Utilize Customer Data and Insights: Utilize customer data and insights to develop a highly targeted and personalized experience for members across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze Loyalty Program Performance: Analyze loyalty program performance and key metrics to make data-driven recommendations back to the business and support the Loyalty Manager with the development of strategies/plans to continue to optimize overall performance.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Report back to and collaborate with brands on progress and reporting of experiments and initiatives. Gather feedback and incorporate into plans.
  • Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the Country Road Group.
Requirements
  • CRM and Loyalty Experience: Experience in CRM and loyalty management within a large customer-centric business, preferably retail.
  • Technical Capability: Experience in the technical capability of and managing campaigns through Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
  • CRM and Loyalty Strategy: Experience in contributing to CRM and loyalty strategy.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze large, complex data to identify trends and drivers of customer behavior.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of local and international CRM and loyalty program trends.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Recent success in planning, developing, and executing BTL campaigns, including email, direct mail, and social media.
  • Presentation and Communication: Confidence and experience in presenting at C-level forums with complex information, and gaining approvals is preferable.
  • Agency and Third-Party Experience: Proven experience working with external agencies and third parties.
  • Database and Event-Based Marketing: A deep understanding of, and experience in, database and event or trigger-based marketing is preferable.
