Loyalty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Manager to join our team at Qatar Airways Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the airline's loyalty strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Loyalty Strategy
Develop a comprehensive loyalty strategy that aligns with the airline's business objectives and drives customer loyalty.
Manage Loyalty ProgramsOversee the implementation of loyalty programs across all customer segments, including frequent flyers, partners, and non-members.
Collaborate with StakeholdersWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of loyalty initiatives.
Measure and Analyze PerformanceTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of loyalty programs and identify areas for improvement.
Develop PartnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with key partners, including airlines, hotels, and credit card companies, to drive loyalty and revenue growth.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry TrendsStay current with industry trends and best practices in loyalty marketing and customer engagement.
Requirements- Education
High school qualification or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of job-related experience.
ExperienceStrong experience in marketing, digital marketing, and loyalty marketing is required.
SkillsManagerial skills, ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency is required.
