About the role

Reporting into the Global Content and Media Manager, this position is the backbone of the global content team; taking responsibility for asset management for internal and external stakeholders. A process-driven role that allows freedom to improve on existing process to ensure content is created efficiently and easily accessible.

Oversee our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Decanter Support in the creation of important Penfolds assets such as product shots, tasting notes, and sales and education materials Manage the Penfolds data archive which contains a rich history of materials spanning across 180 years.

About you

Our successful candidate will be a process-oriented individual, with a passion for wine. You will be someone proactive, looking to identify gaps or opportunities to optimize existing processes.

Experience working in digital content management or working with DAM systems (preferred but not essential) Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders Competent in MS Suites (Office 360 & Excel focused) Strong attention to detail & time management skills
