About the Company:
Based in the buzzing CBD of Melbourne, this client works on Australia's
largest events and expos and is currently seeking an energetic
events coordinator to join their growing family. They are a small team who love to work hard and have fun creating
inspirational events for
passionate pet owners around Australia

About the Role:
Day to day, you will strive to deliver strong customer service and build strong relationships with all
exhibitors and
sponsors. This includes making sure all stakeholders are well prepared before, during and after every show to drive positive experience and promote
repeat bookings. You will also provide exceptional administrative support and accurate reporting for the sales team to drive new business.
The position itself is mainly office based, however, you will be flown around Australia on the expo weekends a few times per year to coordinate the
running of events. Uniquely, the events centre around a
universally
adored product.
About You:
really passionate about pets You also possess the following:
Previous experience within events or expos would be a bonus:- Minimum 2 years in a similar event management role
- Ability to interact with clients and represent the company in a positive way during the shows
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable and selfmotivating
