What will you be responsible for?

  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of billing data within ServiceNow CMDB
  • Ensure that data aligns with the services provided and contractual resource units
  • Adhere to billing SLAs for collecting and validating key attributes
  • Establish processes and controls to guarantee timely and accurate data feeds
  • Track metrics for data contributors and suppliers, using them as a basis for discussions and reviews
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, customers, and team members
  • Facilitate clear communication with key data providers and customers
  • Contribute to cross-training initiatives within the Billing team

What skills should you bring?

  • Experience handling billing data in complex ITSM environments, including using ServiceNow
  • Prior experience in billing production within intricate environments, ideally a minimum of 2 years
  • Proficiency in process documentation, reporting, metrics, and process improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of the IT industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Australian Citizenship required due to client regulations
