Workforce Compliance Officer

ARRCS are actively sourcing an experienced Workforce Compliance Officer to join the Home Care team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This newly created role will see you supporting our Home Care staff by ensuring that they complete all statutory compliance requirements.

You will provide support on auditing, follow up, booking courses when required, document control and reporting.
This role would ideally suit an organised and proactive person who enjoys coordinating and problem solving.

You will come with previous document control and auditing experience and be comfortable contacting, supporting, and following up with staff.

You will have a passion for and understand the importance of compliance within a Healthcare environment and be comfortable, when required to ensure that staff are following mandatory protocols.

In addition, you will be professional, have excellent customer service skills and strong computer skills.

Skills & experience To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications: Minimum of Certificate IV in Administration or related field.

Experience in maintaining compliance or training requirements.

Experience in working in a diverse team of people, working with required timeframes, setting own goals, and achieving required outcomes.

Demonstrated ability in achieving personal goals and identifying areas for new training, development and requesting further training for any development in competency skill checks.

Demonstrated ability in the use of MS Word, Excel, and other online client reporting systems.
Demonstrated ability to respond and adapt to competing priorities whilst working unsupervised.
