Job Requirements

Looking for a confident, self-motivated individual to join our team in the Immigration Compliance Operations Division. If you enjoy operational roles and dealing with dynamic challenges, this might be the perfect fit for you.

We have immediate vacancies to fill within our team that contribute to managing and upholding the integrity of Australia's migration program. This role offers unique opportunities to work on complex cases and issues in a politically sensitive environment, allowing you to develop and enhance your skills.

About the Position

  • Maintain an understanding of relevant legislation and policy
  • Supervise teams to support Australian Border Force operations
  • Set and manage team priorities, contribute to planning, and lead briefings
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risks effectively
  • Handle competing deadlines and priorities

Additional Requirements

  • Operational Safety training may be necessary
  • Obtain specific certifications depending on the role
  • Possibility of working outside regular hours
