Evolve Talent are looking to speak with experienced Electrical Managers based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with a great reputation in the market and fantastic client base.

About the Role & Client

Operating for multiple years they have built up a solid client base provide installation services as well as preventative services. Their Specialised electricians are at the forefront of the business making sure jobs are completed on time allowing continued client support. As the State Manager, you will be able to bring on new business as well as managing the existing workforce and client needs. Being well connected in the state will be essential for this position.

  • Plan and implement practice's and methods of delivery

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience being able to bring on new contracts
  • Business development skills
  • Full understanding of the electrical industry – commercial and telecomms
  • Have a professional and adaptive approach
  • Must have an Australian Electrical license
  • Driving license & White card
  • Happy the ability to obtain / pass police checks
