Job Overview:


Mech Electrics are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects in the Wolverhampton area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale electrical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:
Oversee all aspects of electrical installations, from planning and execution to completion

Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective work practices

Quality Control:
Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and regulations

Health and Safety:
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site

Budget Management:
Manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting

Client Liaison:
Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, variations, and compliance.

Required Qualifications and

Skills:

Experience:
Several years of experience in electrical site management, preferably in the building services or energy sector

Education:
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2382 and 2391).

Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and industry regulations

Skills:
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Certification:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential

Driving License:
Full UK driving license is required

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under pressure

Skills:
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
