We are currently assisting our client in their search for an Employment Service Advisor.

Our client are are national employment service provider, assisting people looking for employment and placing them into roles.
The role
The job role as Employment Service Advisor. Administrator, will be to support the Recruitment Partners, by being the first point of contact for people seeking work.
You will:
- Take calls and redirect to the appropriate recruitment partners
- Offer excellent customer service
- Meet job seekers where required and direct them to the appropriate recruitment partners
- You may be required to update the database with case notes
- General admin duties relating to employment / recruitment services
Applicant requirements
We are looking for someone with the following skills / attributes:
- Previous experience in customer service and administration is essential
- Experience in recruitment / employment services is highly desirable but we will consider applicants with transferrable industry skills
- You will be available for an immediate start (af ew days notice)
- A police check and white card may be required these can be organized if you do not have already have these.
Hours of work are flexible (3-5 days per week) as this is a casual role, however some weeks may require full time hours.
