:Due to substantial growth, we have a career opportunity for a Manager Off-Highway (East) to join our dynamic, national Off-Highway Team. Based in Wacol, you'll focus on developing growth initiatives for the east coast branches, and driving customer satisfaction for our off-highway products and aftersales.
In this role you will:
Lead and coach the Off-Highway sales team to develop and implement growth strategies. Manage key accounts and oversee product management of the Mecedes Benz OM range including forecasting and inventory management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, branches, OEMS and Suppliers. Develop and execute plans targeting new business opportunities across all brands & products in the Off-Highway portfolio. Implement strategic and tactical sales initiatives to increase market share, profitability, and gross margin. Ensure high levels of customer engagement and effective utilisation of CRM systems.About you:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Parts Support and Sales. Relevant Technical or Business qualification. 3 years + experience in business/branch or sales management . In-depth understanding of the Off-Highway market, maintenance products and services. Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Off-Highway aftermarket, and competitive forces. Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations and briefings. Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management and key account plan development. The ability to lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team. Experience in managing CRM systems.
