We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our accounting and finance team.

Role:

  • Collection of Debts and managing large portfolio of Debtors
  • Handling inbound and outbound account calls & customer inquiries
  • Bank Reconciliation, undertaking other finance tasks as required.
  • Processing and raising of invoices and credit notes
  • Processing client refunds, credit card payments
  • Performing credit check
  • Provide commentary on overdue accounts to assist in the preparation of Aged Debtors' reports.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience as an AR Officer (0-2 years)
  • SAP experience is advantageous (but not essential)
  • Basic MS Excel skills
  • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, and motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
