The day-to-day of this role will involve a combination of light administrative duties, in addition to marketing coordination and campaign support, including:- Providing administration support to senior management, including calendar management and handling external requests
- Maintaining uptodate client records in the CRM database and managing the annual event calendar
- Tracking monthly marketing activity and supporting the wider team with ongoing marketing reports
- Assisting with trade shows, client events and trade training seminars as needed
- Assisting with B2C & B2B marketing campaigns including collateral, production and promotions.
- Managing external asset requests and managing the promotional supply inventory
This opportunity is perfect for someone with at least 1 years experience in the tourism or travel industry, either within airlines, cruise ships, tour operators or another travel-related industry.
