Role:
- Develop and maintain work instructions, learning resources and procedures.
- Plan, design and implement eLearning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain policies relevant to eLearning systems.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) including content creation, testing, reviewing, and publishing courses.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure material is fit for purpose.
- Contribute to the implementation planning and rollout activities relating to training.
- Evaluat learning programs for effectiveness and return on investment.
- Review industry trends and adopting new concepts within LMS to ensure best practice.
Experience Required:
- Formal qualifications in IT Technology/Instructional Design and /or Training &Assessment
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P, editing video/audio (MP3, MP4, Video), SCORM and other programs used for eLearning and performance support content development
- High level skills with Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- LITMOS desirable
- Capability with document management or CDMS systems
- Demonstrated experience in delivering online content to a diverse team mining background experience desirable
- Website development experience desirable
- DoForms experience desirable
- Exposure to RTO processes
