About the role
BDO WA are currently seeking a Bids & Content Executive to join our Clients and Markets team.

This role will work closely with Partners and Senior staff to support all service lines in the management and development of compelling bid documents and developing content.


What you will need to succeed

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (marketing, communications, PR, or journalism) is highly desirable but not essential
  • Proven experience in a similar role producing bids
  • Excellent persuasive writing skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and develop rapport with all stakeholders
  • Capability and experience to comply with brand guidelines (visual and tone)

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing bids in line with the firm's bid framework
  • Writing content for articles, online posts and video scripts
  • Maintaining digital tools and platforms (including SharePoint) for the capture and storage of data/information relevant to the bid process
  • Using the firm's CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes, and to capture relevant information
  • Championing the BDO brand in ensuring compliance
  • Contributing to improvement initiatives and projects that enhance BDO's bid capability across Australia
  • Developing the value proposition of the service line to grow into new advice opportunities
  • Encouraging a proactive approach to internal communications relating to bids, including a focus on celebrating successes
