About the role
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Christian IT professionals for the position of IT Service Delivery Leader. This is a full-time equivalent role commencing as soon as practicable. You will work as part of a collaborative and high-performing IT team led by our IT Manager.

Skills and experience

  • Good understanding of complex IT infrastructure and systems
deployed at the school.

  • An ability to prioritize a large variety of tasks (sometimes
conflicting) for yourself and for other members of the IT team.

  • Experience in a similar role in a school environment would be an
obvious advantage but is not a pre-requisite.

  • A willingness to undertake internal and/or external training and
professional development to learn and grow.

  • Welldeveloped communication, administration and
interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to be able to
communicate complex IT issues to end users and management
in a way that makes them feel valued and respected.

  • Committed Christian actively involved in a Church.
  • Committed to the principles of Christian Schooling.
  • Experience using helpdesk software and related ticket systems.
  • Microsoft 365 administration portal experience.
  • Adobe Portal experience.
